Script to your clients:
Hi Crystal, I hope you are fabulous today! I’m on a mission to grow my business by completing 100 skin analyzer scans in one week! I’m reaching out to my top clients who I know love our products to ask for help. Would you be willing to share this flyer with your best girl friends? For each girlfriend that completes a scan, you will receive an entry for an ultimate pampering bundle!
Client’s Script to send to their friends:
Hey Lily, my Mary Kay girl is working on this cool beauty app with a goal to get 100 scans! She asked me to reach out to my 5 best girl friends and I thought of you. Would you be willing to take a minute, follow these instructions, and send your results?
IF YES: Thank you so much! It is so cool! My MK girl told me to be in good light (natural light is best), no makeup or glasses on and your hair pulled back. It will line up your face in the oval so make sure you just keep pulling it close until it snaps your pic!
Script when you receive a text:
Thank you so much for sending me your results, Kate! Would you mind telling me who shared this info with you so she gets credit? Have you ever tried any of the products it recommended on your scan before? I would love to know if you have a past experience with our products or if you currently use them?
Coaching Moment:
If she says she uses the product, ask if she has a MK consultant. If she does, tell her excited you are that she loves the products and encourage her to share the recommended products with her MK consultant.
If she does not use the products or it has been awhile, then you want to use the script below to set a time to go over it with her-the goal is find needs she may have and fill them-Ask her if she has any specific skin care concerns and share about the products recommended to her that would help with that! You can consider offering a discount or gift with purchase for shopping anything on their list with you that day!
Script to book time to go over her recommended products:
Great, I can’t wait to tell you all about it! You earned an entry for sending in your scan, and you will get an extra entry for doing a 5 minute debrief to go over your results! When would be a good time to do that?
